Description

The Non-Conformities module offers comprehensive support and effective management of all non-conforming situations and opportunities for improvement within organizations. It plays a central role in the management of incidents and their resolution, which is why it is integrated with the other IsoVision modules.

As a true one-stop shop, this module enables the management of complaints, incidents, accidents, opportunities for improvement, requests for information, requests for derogation, as well as non-conforming products and services. It also facilitates integrated investigations and the management of immediate and root cause analyses, using methods such as the 5 Whys and the 5Ms. In addition, it manages costs and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), with a view to continuous improvement.

Whether you are ISO 9001, AS 9100, HACCP certified or none of the above, the module offers structured forms for integrated management of facts, causes and action plans. The forms are also customizable, which allows to adapt the terminology specific to one’s organization, thus promoting data appropriation by those who must interpret it and participate in the corrective measures to be taken. All non-conformities and actions are made available in the dashboard in a real time view and with an obligation to take action.
