The NC Accidents and Medical follow ups module offers comprehensive support and effective management of all security and incident matters, non-conforming situations and opportunities for improvement within organizations. It plays a central role in the management of health and safety incidents and Near miss and their resolution, which is why this non-conformity EHS module is integrated with the other IsoVision modules.
As a true one-stop shop, this module enables the management of accidents, Near miss, complaints, environmental incidents, opportunities for improvement, requests for information, requests for derogation, as well as non-conforming products and services. It also facilitates integrated investigations and the management of immediate and root cause analyses, using methods such as the 5 Whys, Melito and the 5Ms. In addition, it manages costs, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), medical follow ups and temporary assignments, with a view to continuous improvement.

This accident management and medical follow ups module includes structured forms for integrated management of facts, causes and action plans. The forms are also customizable, which allows to adapt the terminology specific to one’s organization, thus promoting data appropriation by those who must interpret it and participate in the corrective measures to be taken. The module also includes complete medical follow-ups (first aid received, injuries, work stoppages and temporary assignments). All declarations, events and actions are made available in the dashboard in a real time view and with an obligation to take action.
