  • The SYNCHRO-POSTES module automates the creation and update of the list of positions in IsoVision from another reference computer system already present in your organization.

  • In addition to the SYNCHRO-RH and SYNCHRO-AD modules, which already allow the simple creation of a workstation list, the SYNCHRO-POSTES module also makes it possible to synchronize the complete job history.

SYNCHRO-OCCUPIED-POSTS module

Automatic synchronization of busy positions and history

  • The SYNCHRO-OCCUPIED-POSTS module automates the creation and update of busy positions (current and past) in employee folders in IsoVision from another reference computer system already present in your organization.

  • In addition to the SYNCHRO-RH and SYNCHRO-AD modules, which already allow a job to be assigned to an employee, the SYNCHRO-POSTS-BUSY module also allows you to synchronize the complete history of the occupied positions (current and past) in the file of each employee.

SYNCHRO-PRODUCTS module

Automatic synchronization of the list of products and services

  • The SYNCHRO-PRODUCTS module automates the creation and update of the list of products and services in IsoVision from another reference system already present in your organization.

  • The SYNCHRO-PRODUCTS module also allows the creation of lines and product families and the association of products to these same lines and families if applicable.

  • Each product can be associated with additional information such as Type and HS Code.

SYNCHRO-SUPPLIERS-PRODUCTS module

Automatic synchronization of the list of products and services by supplier

  • The SYNCHRO-SUPPLIERS-PRODUCTS module automates the creation and update of products and services by supplier in IsoVision from another reference computer system already present in your organization.

  • The SYNCHRO-SUPPLIERS-PRODUCTS module also allows you to transfer several information for each product or service provided (e.g. authorization, status, classification, NAFTA required).
